A Dua For Getting Rid Of Stomach Pain

History (part 2) History

So, Colonel Bradford explains how he got this rejuvenation.

"The first thing im on my arrival I was taught in a monastery," said the colonel, "was this:

The body has seven energy vortexes that might be called vortices.

Hindus call them chakra.

They are powerful electrical fields, invisible to our eyes and yet quite real.

These seven vortices control the seven endocrine glands in the endocrine system, and endocrine glands, in turn, regulate all body functions, including the aging process ....

In a healthy body, each of these seven vortexes revolves at great speed, allowing the vital energy called Prana or etheric energy to flow freely upward through the endocrine gaming, but if one or more of these vortexes begins to slow, the flow of vital energy is blocked or inhibited, and behold, this could be another way to define aging and poor health.

The quickest way to regain youth, health and vitality is to restart the normal rotational movement of these energy centers. This can be achieved through five simple exercises. In reality, this is not real exercise. The Lamas call them rites.

By balancing the seven energy centers is also normalized hormonal imbalance, so the cells can replicate themselves and prosper as we were when young people. By stimulating all the control systems of the body, the endocrine glands, circulatory system, meridians, and so on can alter the biochemical enzymes and hormones, strongly influencing our sense of well being and our emotions.
said Colonel describes and performs in front of Kelder five yoga exercises that he calls the "Five Rites".

He recommends starting with the daily running of each Rite repeated three times, and then gradually increase the repetitions until you get to 21 a day ....

(continue with the explanation of exercises ...)
